"I had my PWC at 3 other shops and they were unable to figure out the problem. I called and told Bonnie my problem. She told me to bring my PWC to them. I towed my PWC 210 miles (ONE WAY). I was there at 9:00 AM and was told about the problem by Noon and It was fixed by 1:30 PM. The parts were IN STOCK (mind you for an 11 year old PWC)- not to mention they put my PWC ahead of many others (due to my long drive). It was a long day but The service department sets a very good example of how things used to be and should be - THEY TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS with fast, friendly, service and they know what to look for and how to fix it. I know that if I ever have another problem with this PWC I wont hesitate to tow it again for 3 and a half hours to have these great people take a look at it. (Even if gas prices hit $5 a gallon). Way to go Ingles!"

Your salesperson, Jen Pederson has been more helpful to me than anyone I have ever worked with at a dealership. She has been sincere in her effort to provide me top service. "I would like to sorry for waiting so long to write this.
I Had order parts from you mid summer.I was a little leery ordering parts on line.If I got the wrong parts how hard would it be to return them ect.well I got some parts that were not correct.I figured oh well and just forgot about it.
I filled out your survey this fall explaining what happened and sent it in expecting nothing. To my surprise I heard back from you right away offering to take the parts back and credit me including shipping! You even offered to take back some parts that did not appear on my order.
I shipped them back and needed some other parts and went ahead and ordered them. When my parts arrived I found a great 25 th Anniversary teeshirt with my order N/C.
You stepped up to the plate and made it right no questions asked.

"My family and I have purchased 5 snowmobiles and 1 atv from you in the past 4 years. We tried somewhere else for a slightly cheaper price but it wasn't worth it. It took forever to get it. Also the service is great and there is no question when warrenty updates are needed. The parts and accesories available in stock are great. Mike is great and knows his stuff. Not everywhere has the owner around to talk to you. Also Bonnie knows her stuff, no problem finding what part is right. The only idea is no deals with all of the sleds, but that is not how you make money. The great service is worth the extra price!"

"I have purchased 4 Snowmobiles from Ingles Performance between 1994 and 2001.
I made the biggest mistake of my snowmobileing life in October of 2004, I did not buy from Mike Ingles!
In the last year I spent more time driving back and forth trying to recieve good service, Than I spent on my Sled.
It's October 2005 and the problem still is not corrected.
I will never purchase another snowmobile from any place else but Ingles Performance.
Top Notch Service Department!
Never had to return for the same problem.
